Survey & consultancy services
What I offer
Protected Species Surveys
Licensed surveys for dormice, bats, great crested newts, badgers, otters, and other protected species. Mitigation strategies and licensing support included where required.
Habitat Surveys & Assessments
Phase 1 habitat surveys, National Vegetation Classification (NVC), hedgerow surveys, and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments. Detailed mapping and condition assessments for a wide range of habitats.
Ecological Impact Assessments
Ecological reports for planning applications, environmental impact assessments (EIA), and habitat regulations assessments (HRA). Clear, evidence-based writing that meets local authority and Natural England requirements.
Ecological Clerk of Works
On-site ecological supervision during construction to ensure compliance with planning conditions and mitigation measures. Liaison with contractors, developers, and local authorities.
Conservation Management Plans
Bespoke management plans for nature reserves, estates, farms, and green spaces. Practical, evidence-based recommendations to enhance biodiversity and meet conservation objectives.
